100% Senorita was another series I would believe has a complex love map aside from its rather well-written story.  Despite initial disappointments (Wallace was at his struggling stage) BUT I cannot deny its love polygon is very interesting.  We have the following relationships that came forward: Fei Yang was once engaged to Peter... but Peter betrayed her.  Peter was trying to get rid of her so he can take over, though he DID NOT mastermind the death of Fei Yang's father.  So Peter here is initially your average scheming villain.  He wanted the fortune of Felicity. Being an incorporator, he can grab control from the corporation itself.  I just thought Peter was a scheming villain yet it was interesting to see a more human side of him. Wei Xiang gets entangled in a love triangle between twin sisters, who didn't know of each other's existence.  First he falls for Fei Yang when she still looked like Xiao Feng.  He gets into a relationship with X...

Although Deric Wan is known to play mostly protagonist roles, but he also got to play antagonistic roles and I love how awesome this guy is in doing them!  Now for each of the three roles I've seen him... Pretty much he was VERY deadly in So Close, perhaps the most dangerous role he's played and my favorite villain role from him.  So, he gets his brother assassinated, he commits adultery with his sister-in-law behind the scenes then they are later seen as lovers (they planned it TOGETHER) and the worse is how he really could get the job done well.  So he manages to get Shu Qi killed and Karen Mok arrested though everything turns against him.  In fact, this character was so evil he had to die at the end of the movie! In Dolphin Bay, his character as Eddie the REAL antagonist of the show that showed up later as Man Qing's manager.  While he seemed a good guy to the people, he was always out there to make sure Xiao Gang doesn't succeed EVEN if it means cheatin...

Here was one drama series I never thought would get that popular.  It just seems corny, stereotypical at the start and Wallace Huo was still struggling.  The story has Deric Wan from So Close acting as the badass villain Peter (but I wish he was acted by Andy Lau instead!) who is the fiance of Zhuang Fei Yang whose twin sister Liang Xiao Feng has been missing.  The story was that a barren woman gets a baby maker (the mother of the twins) to bear children for them, one went to the father, the other went to the mother.  So Zhuang Fei Yang grows up as a rich woman raised by her father and big mother (what happened to her big mother is never specified so she could be dead already!) while Liao Xiao Feng grows up in poverty.  Hmmm... kind of like the bigamous setting.  On the other hand, Li Wei Xiang a struggling lawyer falls for Zhuang Fei Yang and also for Liang Xiao Feng which makes the story messy.  So there's the conspiracy of Peter seeking to take ove...
