This week's Kamen Rider finally gives us what was long awaited (or not) transformation of Ryuga Banjo. He is now the secondary Kamen Rider though I wonder how will the other bottles be retrieved.
Something is not quite right with how Sento is burned up. Suddenly, Blood Stark helps them for now. I have a feeling Blood Stark will be a troll for several more episodes to come.
Misora discovers the dark secret of Sawa. Sawa is a spy sent by the Heavy Industries. So what's with Sawa doing what she did? Does she have a dark secret? I assume someone in her family must be held hostage or she allies herself with Faust (indirectly) for some money. I was even prepared to see her die like Yukari Tsukikage the Gorgom-allied actress in the second episode of Kamen Rider Black.
We see a scene where Nanba and Gentoku go fishing late at night. Nanba gets a call from Sawa concerning the latter's cover being blown. So what's up with that? I wonder if Nanba even realizes he could be allied with the wrong people.
Ryuga tries to attain that power but it doesn't work as long as he's having selfish motives. That becomes the key to how Ryuga could become Kamen Rider Cross-Z for this episode. He has to overcome his pain.
Ryuga goes to his dead girlfriend's grave and finds a letter. This one helps him to control his emotions. He has to forget about his dead girlfriend. I admit, I would probably still be making the same mistakes if I were him. But he learns to move on allowing him to harness the powers meant for him. He manages to defeat Sawa who was turned into a Smash and manages to attack Night Rogue.
We discover Sawa Takigawa is about to become the new Smash monster. So why has Faust decided to betray her? Did she unintentionally reveal anything? If so, shouldn't killing her be the more feasible move than to turn her into a Smash? I guess she still holds some important facts. I'm just getting ready for any possible scene she could also die because she may have spilled the beans or knows something that could ruin Faust.
After the battle, this leaves a battle-worn Sawa to admit she's a spy. So why did she even ally herself with Faust? I feel like there's a lot of people who are siding with Faust without knowing their true intentions. Maybe, just maybe Sawa is that kind of person for all we know.
